LICENSE TAG MOUNT: Our lay down license plate mount for Harley Davidson motorcycles removes that UGLY sail from the rear fender of your Harley (sails belong on sail boats, not Harleys). The mount is made from ABS material, thermoformed to fit the contour of the fender. This material will not rust or develop cracks from vibration. The bolts use the existing mounting holes in the fender. No drilling is required. The mount is finished in black.
