ANTI REVERSION CONES

Anti Reversion cones help to restore the performance lost when the stock exhaust is replaced with drag pipes. Anti Reversion Cones are known by several names and are available from several manufacturers. The appearance and price varies greatly, but the size and function is almost constant. We tried a set on our 1200XL with little or no improvement. We changed the cone angle and reduced the outlet diameter for the smaller XL engine and there was a very noticeable improvement. Improvement was felt in torque and in reduced stumbling when the throttle is opened. In the photo below, the 1200 Sportster cone is on the left. The 883 cones are not shown. Some of the other anti reversion cones available are prettier than ours, but have you seen any of them when they have been run awhile. They all tend to be black. If you really enjoy installing machined stainless steel and don't mind the price, buy theirs. If you are looking for function, low price, and/or designed for XL's, we have what you need.
NOTE: THE ANTI REVERSION CONES DESIGNED FOR SPORTSTERS ARE DIFFERENT FOR THE 1200's AND THE 883's. BE SURE TO ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE.
